The children looked at different kinds of shelters, how they were made and materials used.
Afterwards, they explored different forest structures: lean to-s, A frames, benders and tarpaulins.
In groups they planned one and this week made it.
Next week they evaluate.
A lot of fun was had in the local woodland and some great team work in action as well.
