Sutton Valence Primary School takes children from the ages 4 to 11 and applications are considered for all of these age groups. Applications are processed by Kent County Council at County Hall in Maidstone.

The County Council determines our Admissions Policy. It reflects the County Council’s desire to give priority to siblings and to children living in defined communities. The criteria are as follows:

  • Children in Local Authority Care
  • Current Family Association (sibling)
  • Health and Special Access Reasons; including those children with an Education and Health Care Plan
  • Nearness of children’s home to school

We are pleased to receive applications for all children regardless of gender, race, class, ability or additional educational need.

Admissions in other year groups (In Year Admissions) are made directly to Sutton Valence Primary School. If you wish to apply for a school place, please complete and return an In Year Admission Form available via the link below:
