Our PTFA raise valuable funds through a variety of events, which are both enjoyable for children, staff, governors and parents alike. All parents/carers are automatically members of our PTFA once their child starts school and any support, however little, is really appreciated. Parents are very welcome to join our Association and offer support in organising school events.
We held our AGM on Thursday 20th September and the team for the year ahead is:

Our aim over the last year has been to run fun events for the children, parents and carers at the school - it’s about helping to build great memories for the children, not just fundraising. With all of your support over the last year we have raised £10,851 and spent £5,833 on the following - class Kindles, croissants for Bastille Day, RE books, Writing on the Wall theatre workshop, Christmas crackers, Numicon maths equipment, year 6 leavers hoodies, and ice poles for Sports Day. Our events have been the Craft & Movie Night, Halloween, Valentine’s and Summer Outdoor Disco, Bingo Night, Summer Fair, Welcome Back camping weekend and we also have our Quiz Night and Halloween Disco to look forward to later this term (see dates below).

The date of the next meeting is Tuesday 18th June at 7.30pm.
End of Term Sweet Shop will be open in the playground after school on Friday 24th May. We will visit after school club and any other clubs running so that those children booked into clubs have the opportunity to buy a bag too. Don't forget your £1!
100 Club - If you would like to go on the waiting list for the 100 Club which renews in September, the cost is £12 for the year. Each month you have the chance the win £50! Please let the school office know and a member of the PTFA will contact you once we know which numbers are available.

21st June - non uniform day to support Summer Fair, please bring in a filled jar for the tombola. This can be filled with anything - hair bands, pens, sweets etc..
22nd June - Wine and Cheese evening at the Queens Head pub in Sutton Valence village. 7.30pm.
5th July - non uniform day to support Summer Fair. KS1, please bring in cakes for the cake stall. KS2, please bring in bottles for the tombola.
6th July 2019 - Summer Fair
14th/15th September - Welcome Back Camping
17th October - Halloween Disco
30th November - Dinner & Disco at The Ridge Golf Club (adult event)
December - Christmas Craft and Movie Night, date to be confirmed
