Year 6 Legacy Garden - Planning and creating a multi-sensory secret garden
admin on: Forest Blog
Sadly, Year 6 children will not be able to physically watch their garden grow but they should feel proud of their achievements, particularly when the children of key workers take home vegetables, flowers, herbs and fruits to their hardworking parents to say thank you.
Now, more than ever, we are so grateful for our healing garden and for those people who help us. Year 6, thank you!!
Takeover day at Forest School: learning about hedgehogs and building them homes
admin on: Forest Blog
I absolutely loved my day being Mrs Bell.
For starters, it gave me the opportunity to takeover someone’s job.
I liked helping the children gradually develop their skills.
Me and the other leaders helped build hedgehog homes, instruct a game and hide facts around the field.
The best bit of the day being Mrs Bell was helping make the hedgehog homes.
I loved my day!
