Nature presents an incredibly visual rainbow of colours and the children investigated the use of plants to create natural dyes, experimenting with dyeing methods and a variety of plant materials: spinach, grass, flowers, beetroot, turmeric, ginger, charcoal, sunflower petals, elderberries and raspberries.
They made natural paintbrushes and then used these to paint.
