Food for life.

Wow, it’s this time of year again!
Our seasonal shop is open and ready for customers.
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported the children and their culinary and craft endeavours.
They have been busy cooking with our harvested fruits and vegetables and have learned many cookery skills along the way.
We are currently going for a bronze award – please visit www.foodforlife.org.uk/schools for more info.
All profits go to resources for forest school and also to our friends (via the videos) in Kampala, Uganda, so that they can have a kitchen garden and learn horticultural, business and entrepreneurial skills, as well as feeding many people.
For more information about this exciting new social enterprise project please look at the Awamu website www.awamu.co.uk/get-involved/schools/
Awamu means ‘together’ and together we can make a real difference.
